1.) What’s your turnaround time? Turnaround time depends on availability of parts. Oftentimes, a repair can be completed with components in stock, but occasionally we have to wait for delivery from OEMs, or search for obsolete items from alternate sources.

5.) What if I don’t see a service on your website that I am looking for? Give us a call or email us! Although a particular service may not be listed on our website, it doesn’t mean we can’t do it. 7.) I have an obsolete component. Can you fix it? Most likely! We specialize in reverse engineering obsolete components. Send it in for a quote and we’ll let you know the details.   

8.) How do I send my item in for repair? To send your item in for repair, you’ll want to first fill out and print this packing slip. Once you’ve got your packing slip completely filled out, go ahead and place your industrial equipment/component(s) and packing slip in an appropriately sized package. Be sure to protect your component from further damage by wrapping it safely before boxing it up. Please include a description of what problem you are having with it.  Lastly, ship your package to the following address:

9.) How do I check the status of my repair? You can check the status of your repair through our R.A.M.P. (Repairable Asset Management Program) in-plant, asset tracking and repair management program. Our web-based program is designed to give you easy access to information about your repair expenses, activity and status. 10.) How do I get a tracking number for my repair? To obtain the tracking number for your repair, just ask. You email us directly at sales@act-repair.com, or give us a call at 888-655-3955. Your tracking number is our in-house repair number, just ask. We also include it in your quote.
